Highlights from the T20 World Cup Final between New Zealand and Australia in 2021:

That’s all there is to it, guys! The ICC Men’s T20 AU vs NZ World Cup saw Australia win for the first time. That concludes our live broadcast; we will return in the future with more live action from forthcoming cricketing tournaments. We hope you had as much fun watching the T20 World Cup 2021 as we did serving it to you.

Williamson: We were trying to get a platform, but the surface was only holding a fraction of the weight. But that’s to be expected in Dubai. It was nice to form some alliances and come up with what we thought was a competitive total. Only to be superbly chased by Australia. They’re an excellent team. We certainly tried our hardest. The guys showed up and stated their intentions. They didn’t budge an inch. I’m extremely proud of our entire team’s efforts.

New Zealand prepares to receive its medals. Regrettably, it says runner-up once more. The crowd erupts in applause as Williamson’s name is read aloud.

Player of the Tournament:

David Warner, I’ve always felt great. Obviously, I didn’t get much time in the middle of the two practice matches. But it was all about getting down to fundamentals for me. Trying to strike some balls on hard, synthetic wickets. 2015 is unquestionably among the best. It was painful to be a part of the World Cup final versus England a decade ago. All I wanted to do was put on a fantastic show for everyone. With a good score on the board, there are some nerves. It’s wonderful to see the men deliver.

Mitchell Marsh was named Player of the Match for his efforts. This is something that a lot of people say, but I’m at a loss for words right now. It’s been an incredible six weeks with this bunch. In the WI, the coaching staff approached me and said, “You’ll bat three for this tournament

Justin Langer: Everyone who wins a World Cup says it’s difficult to digest and put into words, but this bunch of people is incredible. Every coach and captain says the same thing, but we have some outstanding cricketers on our team. For various reasons, we haven’t had the opportunity to play together in the last 12 months. It was almost like a homecoming when we all got back together. There are so many close relationships present, making this a truly special occasion for everyone.

It means a lot to me, Steven Smith. We’ve put in a lot of time and effort, and it’s an honor to be here with the boys and bring the trophy home. Warner’s performance over the last two weeks has been outstanding. Many people dismissed him. He came in with a lot of determination and quickly grabbed control of the game.

Mitchell Starc: The build-up hasn’t been ideal. However, this was the closest the men had ever come, and it showed in the way we played cricket. Various guys in different games, and our camaraderie has carried us through.

Adam Zampa: All I tried to do was a bowl to my strengths and talents. I had a feeling the wickets would be slow. We won tosses and I bowled with a dry ball, so I bowled on some wonderful occasions. I attempted to gain wickets and defend when necessary.

Glenn Maxwell: For a long time, he (Zampa) has been a superstar in both this format and one-day cricket. I’ve had the pleasure of watching him develop into the player he is today while he was with the Stars. It’s amazing to see him bring all of his talents directly into international cricket. As a leg-spinner, I don’t believe there have been any better in the last three years.

Pat Cummins: I’m really excited. It will sink in after we return home. They’ve gotten up at 1 a.m. with a lot of encouragement from home. It’s a good idea to play some IPL while you’re here. Because of this, even Hazlewood was able to adjust swiftly.

Marcus Stoinis: We’re a group of boys that genuinely care about each other. This group is stunning. I’m looking forward to playing with this group. I am quite proud of them. You won’t find a more ardent fan of Mitch Marsh and his family than here. We are overjoyed for him.

Matthew Wade: It’s a massive project. Coming into the first T20 World Cup, it felt like a lot of people had written us off too soon, but internally, we talked about how we may be the first Australian team to do so. Something truly one-of-a-kind.
