Suresh Raina is a cricketer from India is a former Indian international cricketer who was born on November 27, 1986. As well as being one of the best fielders in international cricket, he is also an aggressive middle-order batsman and an off-spin bowler on occasion. In all forms of domestic cricket, he represented Uttar Pradesh.

Before becoming the vice-captain of the Chennai Super Kings, he was the captain of the Gujarat Lions in the Indian Premier League.
